HANDS ON! Families is the Homeschooling Advocacy Network for Differently-abled and Specifically-challenged Families in Pennsylvania. We promote home education as a viable, legal and preferred way to provide the best individualized education to our special needs children. We also offer support to challenged parents who are home educating their children.
